DOCTOR / CLIENT RETAINER SYSTEM

    Dr. Greene offers a retainer system to a limited number of clients who may wish to have
    their health care managed exclusively by MonaCare Medical Services. Clients will pay in
    advance a predetermined fee (individual or family package) and will have full unlimited
    access to our facility for one year. The benefits includes:-

  • •        Savings for clients who normally make multiple visits annually to Dr. Greene.
  • •        Clients guaranteed at least one scheduled annual comprehensive medical
    assessment with presentation of an annual health status report for the clients’ own
    keeping.  This assessment consultation will be by appointments only.
  • •        Free office consultations to Dr. Greene during the period covered. Clients may
    schedule appointments or make unscheduled visits for any medical condition at any
    time during our regular office hours. Retainer clients without appointments will
    however wait in-queue with other clients for regular office consultations.
  • •        Reminders from nursing staff re scheduled appointments and need for annual
    checks.
  • •        Full access to Dr. Greene via telephone even outside of regular office hours.
  • •        Members will not be charged a fee for regular consultation visits, but whenever a
    test, treatment or medical procedure is administered a fee will be charged at the
    usual customary rate. Clients may utilize their medical insurance to assist in meeting
    these extra costs.
  • •        Clients’ total health care is managed by experienced and professional physician
    who adheres to the principle of preventive healthcare and wellness promotion.
  • •        Regular updates via email on current health related topics and issues.

    Here are some important
    steps you can take towards
    better health:
  • Don’t smoke or use tobacco products
  • Drink alcohol in moderation, if at all,
    and never drive when you’ve been    
    drinking.
  • Eat a diet low in fat & sweets and high
    in vegetables and fruits
  • Exercise at least five times per week
  • Wear your seat belt whenever you’re
    in a car
  • Learn about ways to deal with stress
    and tension
  • Discover what spirituality means to
    you and practice it.
  • Maintain ties with your family,
    neighbor, co-workers or your church
    community.
  • Have regular scheduled age and
    gender specific health checks.
