For those with relatives or loved ones who prefer an alternative to a nursing home, Dr. Greene is embarking on a
project to provide a home based medical and caregivers support for the elderly.

The decision to place a relative or loved one in a nursing home can sometimes pose quite a challenge. We also know
that each case is unique and individual. There are times when  a nursing home is the best and only option. But in the
vast majority of cases caring for your elderly relative in the comfort of their own home, is an option readily embraced by
most.

This option too is much more affordable than most may think.

"At Home Medical Services" represents a team of health professional delivering medical care where its most needed,
at the patients home.

The range of health care professionals includes:-

  • medical doctors
  • registered nurses
  • practical nurses
  • physiotherapist
  • speech therapist
  • nutritionist

perhaps you have an elderly relative or loved one who...

    was recently discharged from the hospital, or
    is in need of medical care, or
    has not had a medical check in quite a while, or
    suffers from a chronic illness the family is struggling to cope with

or perhaps you simply can't find the time to properly care for your elderly relative.

We provide a team of medical doctor and nurse to visit your home and help solve the health care problems for that
elderly relative or loved one.

Nurses are available and supervised by a medical doctor to provide:-

  1. Wound care and dressings
  2. Medical checks and health care management
  3. Respiratory support - oxygen therapy
  4. Private nursing care (4,8, and 12 hr shifts)
  5. Attendant nursing support to accompany your elderly patient for clinic or doctors' appointment.

All supervised and coordinated by an experienced medical doctor who provides consultations and joins your team of
health care providers caring for your elderly relative or loved one.

Some of the services offered by Dr. Greene include:-

  1. Medical consultations, diagnosis and treatment
  2. Urethral catheterization for prostate patients (and others) with indwelling catheters.
  3. Management of most chronic illness
  4. Wound care (chronic bed ulcers and circulatory ulcers)
  5. Coordination and continuation of care for elderly patients recently discharged from hospital.

Our Private Nursing Care services provide a pool of experienced practical nurses available for immediate placement. A

All visits are strictly by appointments as we are unable to offer an emergency service. Usually a minimum of 24hrs will be
required to confirm an appointment. Kindly note also that some services may not be immediately available.
